Lights of the City

The night tours starts at the Ferry Pier of Santo Antonio, in Vitória. After embarking on the schooner, we will continue in direction of the Vitória Bay, passing below the Segunda Ponte and Ponte Florentino Avidos (bridges). Popularly known as Cinco Pontes because of its constitution in five metallic modules, it was bought from Germany in 1928 and it is the first bridge to conncet the cities of Vitória and Vila Velha. After that it is possible to see the Palácio Anchieta, the state seat of government and the old Railway Station Pedro Nolasco, built in 1927 and transformed into the Railway Museum in October of 1998.

Then we will see the Saldanha da Gama, yacht club headquarters, and an old fort constructed with the intention to protect the Bay of Vitória from the enemies of the Portuguese Crown. When arriving in the surroundings of the Praça do Papa, it is possible to appreciate the beauties of the Convento da Penha and of the Terceira Ponte. When returning, we will make a stop for some pictures in the Railway Museum, where the option to have dinner or not in the adorable Café do Museu is yours. The tour finishes in the Ferry Pier.
